I'll start by auditing what you have in place already so I can understand the work that needs to be done.

Once I understand the full scope of the project, I'll outline projected timeline and costs. We work as a team during this phase.

Next, we get to work together. Based on what we've scoped together, this may involve you, or it may just involve me completing the work.

Once the foundation of your systems and tech are set up, you and your team will use them and provide feedback on what's working and not working. We'll tweak things, and try it again until it works how you want it to.

Once we have your systems set up, and everybody on your team knows how to use them manually, next we'll start setting up automations to take the busy work out of your day for you.
